Aztec West, Bristol

This luxury hotel in Bristol required a trace heating system to provide temperature maintenance to the domestic hot water services in order to maintain +55°C. ESH supplied and installed type H2OWAT55 self regulating heating cable throughout this project.

The Isle Of Sheppey Academy

For this large redeveloped Academy, ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to perform the following duties:

• To temperature maintain +55°C on the HWS pipework in two science rooms

• Provide frost protection trace heating to the external BCWS pipework and also the schools sprinkler pipework

Heatlands Academy, Birmingham

Designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system for the external chilled water and mains cold water pipework.

Dewstow Primary School, Gwent

Within this brand new school, ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a frost protection trace heating system to four sets of steel sprinkler pipework. Pipework areas included plazas 1 - 4, the caretakers office, entrance foyer and the courtyard entrance. In total over 530 metres of WinterTrace constant wattage heating tape was used to complete the job.

Ashchurch View Care Home

ESH were contracted to supply and install a trace heating and thermal insulation system to provide frost protection to copper and plastic pipework associated with a large sprinkler tank.

Bedford Energy Centre

For this renewable energy plant, ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system to provide frost protection to 150mm chilled water pipework, all mounted on the roof area. 

St Barts Hospital, London

Provided frost protection to the chilled water pipework mounted externally on the 7th floor chiller compound. ESH supplied and installed type VC constant wattage heating cable throughout.

Dudley Evolve Building, Dudley College

Dudley Evolve, part of Dudley College, is a new state-of-the-art educational facility. Here ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a trace heating system to provide frost protection to the low pressure hot water pipework mounted externally on the auditorium roof.
