Designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to provide frost protection to a run of external copper pipework.

Ashdown Technical College, Poole

For this our first project down at the Ashdown College, ESH designed, supplied and installed two separate trace heating system to provide the following:

• Frost protection to the cold water pipework in the first floor plantroom

• To temperature maintain the DHWS pipework throughout two levels 

In total, this project saw ESH install over 1km of trace heating cable.

Perrigo, Wrafton Laboratories

The project scope was to supply and install a trace heating system to provide temperature maintenance on two large metal tanks. The tanks were 3.1 metres in diameter and 4 metres tall and required to be maintain at +40°C.

Pathology Block, Bangor University

ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to provide frost protection to both the chilled water and hot water pipework. 

Tate Modern Gallery, London

The Tate is the most-visited modern art gallery in the world and ESH were proud to have been involved in the brand new TM2 extension. 

ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a hot water temperature maintenance system to the HWS pipework at +55°C. Type H2OWAT55 self regulating heating cable was installed throughout this project.

Ruskin Hall (Ruskin College), Oxford

During the redevelopment of Ruskin College, ESH supplied and installed a H2OWAT55 self regulating trace heating system to the HWS pipework to provide hot water temperature maintenance at +55°C.
