Heale Farm, Shepton Mallet

To supply and install a frost protection trace heating system to over 200 metres of plastic pipework up to 25mm in diameter. This comprised of 140m of rainwater pipe and 70m of spring water/CWS pipe.

Designed and supplied materials and labour to install and commission a trace heating system for large steal tanks and the connecting pipework. ESH installed over 660 metres of constant wattage heating tape in total.

ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system to the DHWS pipework in order to temperature maintain +55°C. The system was designed to provide Legionella disinfection in conjunction with a controller type HWAT-ECO.

Within the UK's national academy of engineering, ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to the buildings external water services pipework. Type FBT self regulating heating cable installed throughout this project.

ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a frost protection trace heating system to the roof mounted cold water pipework.

HM Prison, Featherstone

Thankfully a short sentence for our installation guys who installed a hot water temperature maintenance trace heating system to the ceiling mounted wash pipework. The system, which ran from the plant room to the kitchen area, required maintaining at +55°C. ESH designed, supplied and installed the full system using type H2OWAT55 self regulating heating cable.
