Hi-Line Services Ltd, Lichfield
For this project we supplied and installed a trace heating system to temperature maintain a stainless steel vessel containing glucose at +50°C. The tank, 4.7m tall and 3m in diameter, required over 240 metres of self regulating heating tape to hit the required temperatures.

Samlesbury Aerodrome (BAE Systems), Blackburn
Owned by defence company BAE Systems, they use this site to manufacture several aircraft types. ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a frost protection trace heating system to protect external pipework.

Central Street, Islington
Central Street is a new mixed use development in Islington, London. Here ESH supplied and installed a frost protection system to the external metal pipework, this included repairs to the existing trace heating on the sprinkler pipework in the car park area.
Bishops Cleeve Bowling Club, Cheltenham
Here at this local bowling club, ESH supplied and installed both the trace heating and thermal insulation to provide a frost protection system to plastic pipework located within the roof space.

This site is home to the multinational consumer goods company Unilever's main research and development facility in the UK. ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a frost protection trace heating system to external and internal unheated pipework. Type ESRS self regulating heating cable was used during this project.
