For this global healthcare company at their Ware research and development centre, ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to the chilled water pipework located on the buildings roof.
Self regulating heating cable type ESRS was supplied and installed within this brand new car showroom in order to frost protect external cold water pipework.
The Royal Mint is the body permitted to manufacture, or mint, coins in the United Kingdom. Here ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a frost protection trace heating system to external steel and plastic pipework. Type FBT self regulating heating cable was installed throughout this project.
Designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to temperature maintain the hot water services at +55°C. Type H2OWAT55 self regulating cable was installed to achieve the required parameters.

- Temperature maintain the hot water pipework
Both type FBT and H2OWAT self regulating heating cables were installed.

For this National Trust owned country house, ESH designed, supplied and installed type VCB constant wattage heating tape to prevent the formation of snow and ice in the lead guttering on the roof.

Our first project here at The Leadenhall saw ESH designed, supplied and installed the trace heating system to temperature maintenance the HWS pipework. In total over 1.1km of H2OWAT self regulating heating cable was installed within this new London landmark.
For this project we supplied and installed a temperature maintenance system to a mixed sand surge hopper. The steel hopper had a cylindrical upper section and a cone shaped lower section and required a separate circuit on each section, complete with its own controller.
Kiddington Hall is a large Grade II listed manor house located in Kiddington, near Woodstock in Oxfordshire. ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to the MCWS & BCWS pipework in the basement area.
